Property Types
- Residential - Single Family home, duplex, or quadruplex
- Office Building / MDU - Office Building or multi-tenant buildings
- Industrial or Farm - Property surrounded by factories, farms, warehouses, etc.
- Undeveloped Land - empty lot or undeveloped land
Telecom Equipment Types
Indoor Small Cell
A mini cell site that is connected via broadband (cable/fiber or fixed wireless) to either the telecom provider’s network or the cloud.
Outdoor Small Cell
A mini cell site that is connected by fiber to the provider’s network and a power source.
Small Cell On New Pole
A small cell placed on a wood or steel pole installed by the provider for that purpose.
Small Cell on Structure
A small cell placed on an existing structure (e.g. a silo, utility pole, sign, streetlight, water tank, etc.) or building
Cell Tower
A full-sized tower with standard antennas.
Roof Top Cell Site
A cell site placed on the roof of a building with antennas placed either hanging off the side of the building or mounted on poles installed on the roof.
Cell Site on Structure
Any cell site will full-sized antennas installed on any existing structure (e.g. a silo, utility pole, sign, streetlight, water tank, etc.) other than a tower or roof top.
Fiber Terminal
A small outdoor cabinet or pedestal that is typically placed on the ground and is 2-4 feet tall. Common colors are shades of gray, green, and white.
Fiber Hut
A large cabinet or shelter that is connected to power lines and often a backup generator.
Indoor Equipment
Mini Data Center
A self-contained cabinet or shelter housing application and content servers that provides power, cooling, and fiber connectivity to the provider’s network.
Dedicated Data Room
A room in a residence, office building, or commercial building that provides secure access, power, cooling, and fiber connectivity for the equipment placed inside.
Methodology
LeaseAgree maintains a database of Rents gathered in every geographic market. The 4 questions act as filters that narrow down the Rent data to your specific property and Equipment Type. Using current market values, we then use the Rent amount to calculate the value of your lease to investors.
